2. No, just use the lines that are on the wider axles.
3. Yes, you'll be bleeding the entire system including the LSPV.

6. Metric Wrench Set, 12pt socket for the spacers, PB Blaster, Antisieze, Spend the $90 to calibrate your torque wrench.
