ive owned both, both are good for different reasons, Warn has a faster motor so it moves quicker and relies on a HP/gear combo to get the work done BUT more HP from my experiances means it'll heat up faster. On the other hand Milemarker has low HP motors but big gear ratio's so it depends more or gearing down to get the job done thus its a slower winch but can work for a longer period before it starts to get warm and heat up.
I had more problems with my Milemarker then the Warn but the Milemarker seemed to pull harder and its obviously alot cheaper then the Warn...
