how do you convert a 23 spline to a 21 spline
84-88' G52/54 (carb) and 85-95' W56 (efi) trans always have a 21 spline output shaft. There are no couplers made to install a larger 23 spline input gear to the back of these trans.
86-87' R151F (22r turbo) and 88-95' R150F (V6) trans always have 23 spline output shafts and matching 23 spline t/case input gears. There are no couplers made for these trans that adapt to the smaller 21 spline t/case input gear.
Hope this help
