The best reaction is no reaction. That is what they want out of us. Ignoring it will be way more effective.
For if we truely believe in freedom of speech, then let them have their say. We know how ridiculous it is.
Better yet... post a editorial cartoon of a bunch of muslims sitting around snickering about drawing an editorial cartoon of Ann Frank and Hitler, with US looking over there shoulder and laughing saying behind their backs "oh yeah, they got US!"
