Yeah same thing as latex gloves so if you are not allergic to latex just get a box, takes a little getting used to but once you do you'll never work on your rig without em.
I tried using gloves, but I just rip them up, then pulling my hands out of whatever confined space they're in gets them all dirty, so by that time, there's no point.
Invisible gloves works ok too
you can buy it at automotive stores, its a lotion kina stuff that doesn't make your hands slippery, but the grease bonds to it, instead of to your skin, so when you wash your hands, they come out cleaner. IT works alright, not the greatest stuff but it does work.
