I just took the new Aussie Locker for a quick neighborhood spin for initial comparison.  On the local dirt road, in the rain, it felt about the same as the Truetrac limited-slip but did crawl up on a wet log more easily that I would have anticipated with the Truetrac.  I locked it in on pavement (parking lot) last night and it definately binds way more than the Truetrac.  I drove it home today on the pavement with the hubs locked in 2wd and hardly noticed that it was there, the limited-slip was more noticeable in that situation.

My initial reaction is
1989 4Runner: Dual Ultimate (Inchworm front & Marlin 4.70 rear), Marlin Twin Stick, 1200-lb clutch, 4.88 R&P, Aussie Front, Detroit rear, 30-spline Longs, Long hub gears, ARP hub and knuckle studs & 35x12.50 Cooper STT PRO tires.  Marlin rear bumper & sliders.  FROR front bumper.  SAS with Alcan springs & Rancho 9000XL shocks.  Budbuilt Bolt-on traction bar.  Custom Interior Cage by Those Guys Rod and Customs.

Moab Tested & Rubicon Approved
