Sneeky little @#$@# aren't they? The little town I lived in for about 2 years had a bunch of reserves and only 3 squad cars, ther reserves would use their personal vehicles, used to 
at people that didn't notice that 64 Falcon had a cop sitting in it.
I being one of them didn't think it was at all funny!
they should have to have a light or something
