Since this is my thread I can be off topic if I want too!
I read a story online about a Jeep that blew up a Detroit EZ and took out almost everything in the process. Tractech covered all the parts, labor and gave the customer the choice of another EZ or a free upgrade to the Soft Locker. Great customer service!
