I have my old L52 up for sale. $75 obo.
It turns out it was a good transmission the grinding noise was a bolt from the engine bellhousing sheild rubbing against the flywheel.
Mine just needs new output seals on the t-case. It comes with the slave cylinder and the shifter fork.
