just do what I did. I went down to auto zone and there was a steering wheel that looks just like a standard chrome steering wheel, except it is black and it is the same size as a go cart steering wheel. it helps with space and you dont have to turn the wheel as much to turn. 
Good luck with that steering wheel and bigger tires on the rocks with a front locker.
