In my 4Runner I have a 1.5 lb clean agent extinguisher mounted in front of the passenger seat. I think it's called Halotron. Similar to Halon but not as toxic or bad for the environment or something. It's a bit pricey but doesn't leave a corrosive powder on everything. I guess I'd use that on an in-cab fire. It's clean and within reach when buckled into the driver's seat. In the trunk/cargo area I have a 2.5 lb ABC dry-chem extinguisher. I'd use that for any other fire or if I'm saving someone else's rig.
