I would not put MT-90 in an auto trans or differentials. it's made for the type of manuals that call for gl4 but is fine at least for the gear driven transfer case. don't know about the chain drive. redline makes specific fluids for both the auto trans and diffs. I don't think MT-90 has any use in an auto 2012 Tacoma. If your Tacoma has a Limited slip rear you will want to add an LSD modifier or use a fluid made for lsd.

my recommendation
auto trans= Valvoline maxlife ATF
diffs/transfer case=redline 75w90gl5 or any high quality 75w90 fluid (add limited slip modifier for rear LSD)
