I'd look at the cloth material that is used to cover outside benches and chairs..
Look up the fj45 icon review that motor trend channel did. They interviewed the owner of icon 4x4.
He used a material from an exterior chair and his seats look awesome.
A much cheaper solution would be to swap in bucket seats from a newer 4 runner
