Try pulling the rear shocks and see how it feels. I think the bilsteins that TG sells are valved too stiff for the rear of a Toyota. Mine seems to do the same thing until I toss a bunch of weight in the bed. I recently moved my rear shocks around so they were at more of an angle and it seemed to help a little.
