When you get the ARB's set-up, you should go with 5.29 gear sets, they will be a little tall for 33's, but not tall enough to make it unlivable on the street.
The u-bolt flip kit just reverses the way u-bolts mount, resulting in a little more ground clearance and protects the u-bolt threads. To use them you will have to redo your shock mounts as well, so you will need to factor in the costs of shock tabs, welding costs, and new shocks as well.
