can anyone tell me why california has some of the strictest gun laws anywhere?

It all starts with San Francisco.... and Los Angeles.
CA's Gov. Brown signed into affect immediately S.B. 140 & coming to a state near you! I figure Colorado is next to adopt this law.

Nope, just go in guns a blaze'n. Will we see cops and people being shot/killed from this kind of tactic? It will never be reported.
