Just guessing...All of the stock turbo exaust manifolds are cracked between number two and three or the elbow for the internal waste gate is toast. Your option is a t3/t4 Garrett with aftermarket manifold. Sorry to say, Toyota no longer services parts for the early 22re turbo trucks. There isn't much room for aftermarket stuff on the side of your engine. LC Engeneering has all the stuff your looking for, if that's what you need... (good luck)  Bob.
