If you're going for capacity, that up to you in regards to brand. I suspect any of the Summit offered cells are ok. In regards to fuel pump, I did a Walbro 255lph inline pump with a filter prior to pump, as well as the filter under the intake. I believe a 190lph Walbro would work just fine. It puts out a given pressure/volume and the regulator will take care of dumping any excess fuel back to the tank. My pump is mounted on my frame rail close to my e-brake cable.
