Depends on what your end goal is for the truck is, i.e., a clean looking DD, for intermediate trails, or a high clearance trail rig.If it were me, I would pick up a set of used fenders, cut/paint them and run the bumper. This way if the look doesn't grow on you after a while, you can return it to the stock look w/o cutting up clean fenders.
cut the tubes on the bumper leave that pretty truck alone...I cut the lower valence off mine and regret it ever since

i would personally cut em but i like to cut things up but just think if you ever decide to change you can always get new fenders if need be
