The Official MCR4 Caravan Thread
« on: May 17, 2005, 07:20:53 PM »
OK Guys, here it is. I've Complied a List of the registered Members into certain rather widespread regions. I've generalized the cities as much as possible. This list gives an excellent regional connectivity for Caravan planners to get started!

Members in Blue are :turtle: Employees.
Members in Green are those who have contacted me and would like to be a Caravan Organizer in their respected Areas. Please send your PMs to them directly to join a Caravan Group in your area!

I Recommend using the "Search for users" feature to see members profiles and/or PM (Private Message) information.
Also you can PM multiple users at the same time using a ", " as stated by the footnote "(multiple recipients: 'name1, name2')".

Please respect the privacy or exclusion of those members who do not wish to take part in a Caravan.  Thankyou.

I'm putting this in this separate post for clarification:

Let's all use a SINGLE CB Channel so that if you come in range with another group you can hook up at a gas station or something.

And to save the drama from everyone choosing what station to run, I've just recommended that we all run channel 10.

10 is the Official Round Up CB Channel!

This is a suggested Caravan Channel and will be the Official Round Up CB Channel ON THE TRAIL.

Regards,
BigMike

Rockbuggy84 - AJ A          , Lodi   , CA
Germ            - Erik          , Sonora, CA
84Runner      - Justin P      , Galt   , CA
dirtbag          - Josh O       , Galt   , CA
Shifter          - Mike           , Lodi   , CA
tryn2crawl     - Johnny?     , Wilton, CA
Red Runner   - David P       , Galt   , CA

I'm sure there's more members around the south Sac County/San Joaquin county area, post up, send me a PM, whatever, join the Sac-Joaquin group :bling:

I think we should have a Sac group, which is Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights, etc. group, and a surrounding south region group, making 2 separate groups. The ones mentioned above, with the exception of germ, are all within 20 miles of each other, and it's a nice little group already. Not sure if Red Runner will have either of his rigs ready by then, but I put him on there, since he's 84Runner's brother, and he lives around the corner from him.

Red Runner - David P , Galt , CA

.......Not sure if Red Runner will have either of his rigs ready by then.......

If he does, then have him Register because we will need a head-count so that we can prepare enough tri-tip dinners for everyone registered.

You know that doesn't sound like too bad of an idea. I was actually thinking about just joining freds40 who is leaving my Area on Friday evening and camp near the trail head. Then I could take supplies with me and head straight for the springs on Friday and be there Friday evening and drop off the supplies. Then I could come back on Saturday morning to catch the action and provide some trail aid... Won't know for sure for a couple of months :gap:

Yeah I told the wife about leaving @ 5 and she said whe wanted to leave earlier. So who knows. If there are a few guys that want to leave after work Thursday, then I'll stick with my original plan.
