Hello to everyone, I'm new here wanted to introduce myself...my name is Steve....ill start with a question right in the beginning i ordered a transfer case for my 1985 Toyota 4x4 pickup truck about 2 weeks ago...how long does it take to get one??
i was told i would get a shipping email when it ships..i haven't got one and I've tried calling all different times of the day and can never get no one on the phone to talk to...and ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Call the guys at the shop, the forum isn't intended for customer service. If you call them on the shop phone I'm sure they would be extremely helpful.

Thanks RedneckCustoms1 He called in this morning. We got him taken care of.

And as for the question we have a lead time of 3-4 weeks on our cases right now but that depends on workload. Please reference the webpage or call for current lead times.
