Topic: Back lights going on and off while driving

  For some unknown reason my  taillights on my 1979 sr5 4x4 are going on and off while driving. Is there a relay box or something. If it isn't the brake pedal switch what could cause it.

I had a similar problem. The pin on the switch attached to the brake pedal put a hole in the rubber pad it makes contact with. It was brittle and broke so I siliconed in another piece of rubber, never had another problem
