My 22R has 93K original miles on it and I baby it and change the oil every 3,000. I noticed the other day when I removed the oil cap under it was a white milky substance. Looked like water but there is no water mixed in with the oil or anything. I have not run it hot either. What could this be? I thought maybe it could be condensation trapped in the motor? Could that be true??

How many miles do you drive it a day? If you don't drive it enough condensation can biuld up and cause that to happen. If you do drive it enough it may be the head gasket has rotted and is starting to leak. Have a shop do a carbon test in the radiator to see if it is leaking exaust gases into the coolant.

That is normally the sign of a blown head gasket or the water passage leaking by the timing chain. Clean it out & drive it & see if it appears again. A compression test is easy & will sometimes tell the story.

Yes, I rarely ever drive it so I hope its nothing major. A compression test will tell right?

the last 3 trucks i have had had the same thing 2 fords and my toy... It was just caused by not driving long enough during the cold months and condensation building up... as soon as wiinter it done it disapeares every year..
