w56c to w56b swap questions

Ok, so I´be done searches on google and crawler and haven't found too much.
I bought a 1988 4runner with a blown engine and an 1989 roll over truck. I have the engines pulled and am using the engine and harness from the 89 and the transmission and t case stock to the 88. The 89 harness seems to have more electrical plugs than the 88 transmission has female sockets. Is there a (quick) way to hook up a w56c harness to a w56b transmission? Or a write up that I missed about the swap?

Compare the wiring diagrams.

The tranny only has a reverse switch on it.

The transfer has a 4wd switch


The harness may also handle automatic transmissions
