Just signed up to this forum but not new to wheeling, crawling or Marlin. Bought my first Toyota 4X4 in 1984 and it was a new 1984 SR5 long bed 4X4. I am now on my 4th Toyota truck in 30 years and it is an 89 4Runner, SAS with all the crawling stuff. Bought a Marlin 4.7 single case back when they first came out for truck #3. The current rig has a Dual Ultimate from 2002, MC07-1254.

My current project is replacing my 12 year old All Pro axle that failed last summer, the housing bent on both sides where the Toyota center section meets the Dana style outers. Always had a love/hate relationship with that axle so I decided to replace it outright and go pure Toyota old school this time. I am building an 85 axle with mostly Marlins parts.

Extra thanks to Marlin for always participating in Rubithon! I've been with Toys on the Rocks (TLCA club that runs Rubithon) for about 10 years and we do both camp committee and lead a few runs. Marlin's presence and help are huge!

89 Runner, with all the goodies. MC07-CU23 on the trail since 2002. Previous Toyota's on the trail since 1984.
