My pics wont post TOO Large. Does someone know how to make them smaller?

go to irfanview. com and download their software its free and easy to use (its what I have) open your image using irfanview, then go to image in the toolbar. Halfway down, there is an option that says resize, use that option, and shrink down your image

oh yeah, make sure you are using .jpg, otherwise the pics have to be really small to fit, and then we cant see them!
