go to irfanview. com and download their software its free and easy to use (its what I have)  open your image using irfanview, then go to image in the toolbar.  Halfway down, there is an option that says resize, use that option, and shrink down your image :thumbs:

oh yeah, make sure you are using .jpg, otherwise the pics have to be really small to fit, and then we cant see them!
