Question about Marlin Hy-Steer steering arms
« on: Mar 17, 2005, 11:12:39 AM »
Do I have to run the FJ-80 tierod ends with these arms?  I was thinking of making my own tie rod and drag link and using heim joints rather than the FJ tie rod ends.  Anybody every make their own?  What size hole do the steering arms have?

Thanks
Aaron

You could use the heim joints with just bolts.

That's what I was thinking as well.  Does anybody know the size of the holes and or bolts that would be needed for the steering.  I would have to find that size heim joint from QA1.com
