My buddy lifted his cherokee 4 inches. Now has a drive line vibration. Guess we have to lower the trans to compensate for the ds angle?

Is the rear pinion angled up towards the t-case output?  And does it still have the slip yoke output on the t-case?

Yes and yes(it's about an inch out of the output though)

There is a spacer kit for the cherokee to lower the transmission some.  But getting the angle of the rear pinion 2 degrees less than the output of the trans is the best set up.  You should not need to do a SYE with a Cherokee cause the drive shaft is way longer than a TJ. And I had at least 5 jeeps with 4 inch lift with no issues as long as the pinon angles are set right..
I am a Jeep nut and just got a 4runner to mess with.

can you post a picture of the drive shaft and pinion angle? You have a angle finder? They are like 5 bucks at Home depot
