Testing or scanning with a scanner what sort of information would show up on the a LIVE DATA scanner vs. the standard (pulling and deleting codes)?

Most scanners read codes and have live data option

I bought a scanner for 70 bones that reads obd2 codes and has live data. You can also freeze live data and store it so you can refer back to it to see changes in engine activity
