A340F No forward gear, only reverse

Swapped a 1999 3RZ/a340f/crawl box/to a dana 300 with art cart winter shifter. It would go in Reverse and move, but when I have it any drive gear it does not move. Jacked rear axle and manually shifted and you could tell its going threw the gears. Could my tranny be burnt?

When you manually put the shifter into 1 this should force the trans. into 1st, when in 2 it will be in 3rd/D, when the shifter is in 3 the trans will be in 4th/OD, this is limp mode of the TCU controlled trans with no TCU. Applying power to the solenoids in the right sequence will then allow electric control along with the manual shifter use.
