DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ADVACE OFF-ROAD RESEARCH, INC aka aor4x4.com aka A.O.R.  I thought I was buying some items (which Marlin doesn't carry) Feb 28th.  Here it is Mar 15th and nothing.  No answer to my emails or my phone call.  It had flags by the item indicating it would ship within two days.  Nothing yet.  Please stick with Marlin Crawler products and let these losers sink.

Hey lowgeared  with them you have to be patient an persistant  takes a while for product to get shipped  and you have to call several times a day to get a answer . got my fenders there a  month to get  two months later charged for shipping   Lynn

The thing I don't get is that any other seller would not charge you until the item ships??  I bet they are getting your money, buying the stuff from someone else, marking it up and shipping it to you.  Sounds like I need to start my own business!!

My Fenders have Hanneman   Azusa 626-969-7317  Aor gets them from them and have them shipped direct from hanneman at least that was the label on the box.  They are tough fenders.  I had one on and had to move my truck didnt notice someone had propped the second up behind tire.......so I ran it over ....no damage       Lynn

After reading KYOTAs link I'm really pissed.  One of my long weekends I just might buy one of the red eye flights to Colorado for 57.00 and beat the out that guy with a baseball bat.  I've been known to flip out like that at times.....

I agree, buyer beware.  17 Dec, 2004 I ordered springs, shackels, shock towers, and was told I'd have product in a month.  Six weeks later, numerous unanswered phone calls and emails, I threw in the towel.  Come to find out, their not even a member of the regional better business bureau.

I have done a fair amount of business with Randy at AOR. They sell good products and are usually good about returning calls...sorry about your mishap

Guess I shoulda check'd marlins BBS first, but I posted my issue on Pirate and sure enough I was promply told I wasn't the first.  Basically I ordered 4 shock mounts, (shoulda gone with marlin) on the 3rd of march and it's now the 22nd, I've emailed 6-8 times, called 20+ times and left messages about 6 of those times, here's my story;

WOW! read the post on pirate4x4, and all I can say is holy shiat..what the fug..Randy and crew need to get their phone calling skills back in order, ad let the buyers know what and how long it is going to take to get product before they run your card...they need to get their shhiat together before I buy anything else, or even recommend them to any one of my friends(which i have)...where you at Randy and crew...lets here your side of the story so you can get his straightned out!

4-05-2005.  I finally received my shackles.  37 days after I ordered them.  I will not be ordering from them again.
