Built for rock crawling this truck has it all.

Interior: Custom Allpro roll cage through body to frame, Beard racing seats with 3" racing lap belts. New Grant steering wheel. Hurkulined, Dynamated and carpeted floor and tub for sound deadening and heat. Pioneer CD/MP3 player and speakers. Corbra 75 WX ST Compact/remote CB with Sound tracker and NOAA weather. Custom antenna mounts for both radios.


MOTOR: Replaced the 22R with a 1989 22RE with 95,000 miles on it. AC compresser is off the engine and I have it. Never used it. . Upgraded FJ80 master cylinder break kit. 12 way marine power block 6 hot 6 switched hot. Passes Smog with flying colors. ARB compressor Mounted under the hood. HOWE power steering TC pump and oil cooler. Hydro assist ram.

TRANSMISSION: Replaced the stock transmission with a 1989 5 speed.
TRANSFER CASE 1: Upgraded to newer top loader transfer case's. Rebuilt and replaced all seals and bearings new shifter.
TRANSFER CASE 2: Rebuilt and replaced all seals and bearings added 4.7 to 1 gears to a new top loader case mated together with a Marlin Crawler dual transfer case adapter. New twin sticked rear transfer case for 2 wheel low or high as well as 4 wheel high or low. New yoke's to use the same length driveshaft front and rear. Bud Built dual transfer case full skid plate. Brand new Rear High angle CV driveshaft's on both ends.

Axles:
Front, fully rebuilt with new bearings knuckle rebuild kit ROCK ASSAULT™ TRUNNION BEARING ELIMINATOR KIT and converted all bolts to ARP stud kit fully gusseted with custom tube gusset and Allpro diff skid. Trail Gear 6 shooter knuckles. Bobby Longfield's 30 spline 4340 Chromoly super set. Allpro crossover steering with FJ80 tie rod ends. Randy's Ring and Pinion built V6 high pinion 3rd member with an ARB locker and 529:1 gears. Howe tapped and rebuilt steering box with Rock Stomper Hydraulic assist steering. Crown extended break lines, 14" Bilstein 5100 shocks. 1-1/2" wheel spacers to hold the 37" BFG Crawlers on 17"x9" Allied bead lock black steel wheels.

Rear, fully rebuilt with new Trail Gear 4340 Axle Shafts bearings and seals. 500 miles on brand new rear 3rd stuffed with 529:1 gears and a Detroit locker. Fully gusseted with BTF diff skid and Allpro u-bolt eliminator kit. Crown extended break lines, 14" Bilstein 5100 shocks. 1-1/2" wheel spacers to hold the 37" BFG Crawlers on 17"x9" Allied bead lock wheels black steel wheels.





Suspension:
Stretch wheelbase to place 2nd transfer case in middle of vehicle to utilize same length driveshaft's. (carry 1 spare)
Front 4"Trail Gear super soft leaf springs with custom front leaf spring hanger with integrated receiver hitch and all hanger bolts are greaseable. Allpro u-bolt flip kit. Allpro 14" shock hoops with detachable crossbar over motor.

Rear 4" Trail Gear 60" super soft leaf springs frenched in front of pack spring hanger and custom located rear shackles all hanger bolts are greaseable. Custom made shock mounts on axle and on frame. U-bolt eliminator kit. Rear trail gear Disk Break conversion Kit.

Body:
Stock 1984 standard cab with Hannon Fiberglass front fenders new doors with wing windows. Doors have quick release door hinges to change to tube doors.
Just painted this truck 2 weeks ago. 1,500 $ paint job.

Armor:
Custom front bumper with stinger and grill guard custom winch mount with Mile Marker 8000 lb winch.
Allpro side bars intergraded into the frame, rear tube bed and interior cage. Fully custom built flat bed with an integrated tool box. 3/16 plate bed complete with tie downs, custom built spare tire carrier intergraded High Lift jack mount.

Misc equipment:
Max Air air compressor dual Kilby quick connect air chucks. 3 gallon air tank mounted under the bed. 11 under carriage rock lights.

Most people won't look in title for location.  I never do.  I always look where 99% of the info is at!  The body of the post.  Usually right around the phone number.
