Input shaft swap q's

Hey there,

I need some advice/links/guides on how to swap input shafts. I've got a R150F with electric shift and I am wanting to swap that out with a manual shift transfer from a W series box. The W transfer is 21 spline.
I've been searching and searching but can't find any good articles on doing the swap. I want to get a good understanding before I tear the transfers down. Have read that it is a pretty basic swap.

Any links or advice would be appreciated as I have no 4wd function at the moment
