Long time Lurker... 1992 Toyota Pickup Build

Hello all,

I am finally starting to narrow down my searches for my future build (as funds arise) for my 1992 toyota xtra cab pickup. I live in Nevada where the dirt trails never end, so speed is my preferred method of getting around. Although Marlin is all about crawling, there is a lot of good stuff here for baja too.

Truck has over 220,000 miles on it, 3.0 V6 with what I believe to be the R150 transmission and chain drive t-case. It is a solid clean truck, I can post photos if anyone wishes. It drives straight as an arrow on the street. Just replaced the ORIGINAL timing belt and bearings, water pump, and fan pulley bracket. Pretty impressive if you ask me.

Anyways, I hope I can return the favors when it comes to technical information! To give you an idea of what I plan to do: supercharged buick 3.8l v6, Total chaos long travel suspension, diamond rear axle with shock and 4-bar linkage.... The tough stuff comes when needing a taller 5th gear for highway driving as the speed limits here are 75!

Haha, well I am definitely not against trying to go slow... But I don't think the IFS I plan on keeping could keep up with y'all! lol.
