aw4 swap necessities

I gots myself a 85 truck with 22re and a340(f)? that shifts like a tub of pudding and wont stay in third going uphill without extreme revs in power mode or body shudder in normal. its my only running vehicle and I need it for work. im opting for the aw4 as it is pretty stout and available. people here In Hawaii horde their Toyotas so getting a stick is near impossible. I need to know how I can do the swap electrics mainly, iv seen some pieces of information that help but none on that. getting parts is even harder as im on lanai and we only have a bare essentials napa

I happen to have a shifter that may help you out. Was going to use it then got the stout which will get the 3rz and auto so no longer need it.
