im new and need some help... thanks

Hello everybody :wave:, I im new and just joined the site, tried to find my answer but couldnt so wanted to know if I could get some help? My daily driver 84 toyota w/ mc dual cases with twin sticks on the rear case 4-link rear 3/4t dana44 with 14 bolt rear w/ 456 gears so whats going on is when im driving down the road in two wheel drive and I let off the gas the rear left 4.70 stick pops into neutral can any one tell me why and how to fix it? It just started doing it and really need to get it fixed as it is mt daily driver... thanks for all your help

It probably has something to do with the rubber boot forcing the t-case out of gear.... when you let go of the throttle the drivetrain shifts a little causing the shifters to move in the boot. Or perhaps it´s a worn bushings holding the t-case or engine...

More likely the detent ball and spring, get them from Marlin on the store page.

I could see it being the detent spring if it were in low and it's popping into neutral. So check your clearances in your tunnel like bazzi said. Changing detent springs is really easy too

I found a broken motor mount so hoping a new one will fix the problem all my shifters have no clearance issues never had a problem till now so ill find out tomorrow when i replace it.. thanks for all you help everyone !!
