Hey Thanx man! Its a big hit 3 with some mods its pretty sweet but I've been working on truck a lot an have not rode much DH yet this summer, its been raining too! Here's a pic of it ....


So I got the brakes done an redid the wires from the computer to the back! I only ran the fuel pump all the way back for now an others r behind the seat. Gonna build a little electrical box back there! I also took it for a test drive to  oh an got the exhaust done . It looks so nice all tucked up in der an fixed a stupid exhaust leak..... got the fuel lines ran also..

Wiring an 1 st test run! I have like 1" to ¾" gap from shock to tire an shock to tube at full bump so I think its all gonna clear fine!

[Got a lot done on the truck in the last few days! Everything is welded up but the floor. Got the cross tube put in for cab cut out an the bigger gussets. Got some more tube work done an I did some work on the sliders, they were really bug n me just hang n out past the cab! So I cut em an tied them into the back tube! I like how they turned ou 8-) got some gussets built an welded in for the link tabs too. Tacked the floor down an started on mounting the seat but I need to get more material for that .    my bungs showed up today also so gonna build the links Monday night  maybe tomo.( it kinda is tomo now ;D)  man I think thats bout all I got done! I drove the truck to Caleb's an he burned most of the tube in with the 220, guys got some epic welds going on like he does it all the time.........

Oh ya links r built an are so sexy we got a few more gussets in an the axle is squared up now!  Gussets tie the upper link tube to the frame!! Fuel cell goes in tomo an seat belts . I would like to build the grab bar tomo to if I get time!!! This weekends run is gonna be So siiiiiiiiiickkk....

So over the last week I got the fuel cell mounted an got the fuel lines all nice an pretty. Built a cooler mount an a sick sticker board to finish the rear up for last weekends run! The run went awesome an I rolled twice everything went good an the cage did its job  I still need to tub it in around seat an mount the skins! Got some lap belts an they are mounted as well!

thanks! that's the first cage I have designed on bend-tech. its a fun program to use.  The OP and I took quite a bit of time measuring and designing to make sure everything fit together like we hoped. It all turned out really good.  Cage still needs a lot of tube bracing and gussets, but the main part is done.

Some of our trails are pretty gnar! Unfortunately a lot of the really hard stuff has been closed and we only get to use it through special use permits for events

Trail access sounds like the Forest Service plan here in the E. Sierras with Moto.  Close the trails but let you use if ya pay (special use permit)

So I've had the weenie out a few times ! Tore a MTR sidewall so new tires were in the works! I bought some blue krawlers 37" x17"!  :clap:o I need some 17" wheels now! Caleb has a set off a 4 runner I might trade him for! Should work for now anyway! Have to order some 2" wheel spacers tho. I started mounting the skins an few other things but really have not got much done! Been super busy at workan life! Here is a few pics 8)

Also Thanx guys the cage did turn out good! Needs more tube work done still an the roof on the back! It all needs painted to so I can park it outside again  Few more pics an yes we have some gnarly trails here! Tight an full of rocks few of the pics are twisted buggies I was with

Thanx man..I had some help from Twisted customs run me threw the generals of this an that an just went for it! I just figured out how long I wanted my links an started build n mounts an distances from upper an lowers an it took a little time to measure an test an all that. But all in all it worked out great the first time around , no real big changes after having it on the trail! Caleb has set up a few also so his help was awesome to. The boys from twisted know their . I was told to mount my lowers as parallel as I could but I did not want any mounts below the frame so I have a slight up angle on the lowers which I don't think has affected anything really.
