So I built my 4.7 case a few weeks ago, then decided to go with a longfeild output shaft just because I dont want to worry about that. as I was re assembling it today I got everything together and started torquing the bolts and one of the bolts that usually holds the front drive shaft protective cover on, just spun, well
![Shocking!! :shocking:](https://board.marlincrawler.com/Smileys/marlin/shocking.gif)
. I pulled it out and sure enough 3 or 4 threads came out also. figured I was not paying attention and put a bolt in there that did not have the #6 on it which was considerably shorter. see picture.. I have a spare tcase part and I can swap everything over AGAIN... I put a #6 bolt in the hole and it torqued down without slipping but Im Just worried the threads I already pulled out will weaken it.
Should I be worried?
And swap everything to the spare one?
Well that was the second Time I used the gaskets So if I have to do this again I might as well get new gaskets also since I dont want to deal with leaks anytime in the near feature.
