Didn't even know this forum existed, much less the website, until last week when I met Marlin. I arrived at the 2013 Lone Star Land Cruiser Round Up in Mason, TX and saw a buddy's Tacoma. Drove over and hopped out. My buddy was talking to this gentlemen in a Toyota mechanic shirt, standing near a red Tacoma. My buddy introduced me to Marlin.

Next day, I was wheelin' by myself (big no no, I know) and for the first time in my 15 months of off-roading, I got stuck. Nothing around for my winch to grab. I looked around and saw in the distance that same red Tacoma. Flagged 'em down. Forgot the name of the guy who was with Marlin, but both gentlemen were nice and happy to assist me.

Throughout the weekend, people started talking about Marlin transfer cases, Marlin this, Marlin that...so came on the site to see what products are offered since I'm looking at adding lockers, regearing, etc...for my rig.
