Downey is no longer.  Look into a Ford F150 tank, the one that goes between the bed and spare tire.  Alot of Toyota guys does this conversion.

Go under Pirates toyota FAQ section.  Couple posts about spare fuel tanks. 

Another option is a fuel cell, or those tool boxes with tanks built in them.
