hi to everyone. well im new and from southern california and i, am pretty new to the 4wheel drive stuff i have mostly been in to lowered cars and trucks. right now i have a 1998 tayota tacoma, 2wd, which leads to the big broblem,(its not a 4x4) but thats why i am here. to find out what i have to do to makw it 4wd.

haha wouldnt it be front???? its not front wheel drive and if he got one in the front it would be like putting it in 4!! or both thats always works too!!

a front axle would be a good start and a different tranny and tcase. here are some people that offer the basics to get the sas started.

maybe what swampy was trying to say was if you lock up the rear of a 2wd you will go lots further  :dunno:  as if a stock 4wd :dunno:
