Things I have done in last month:
-New water pump
-New timing belt
-Rear main seal and valve cover seal brand new.
-New mudd terrain tires & wheels
-Transmission flush
-Radiator flush
-Toyota Factory spark plugs, wires, distributor
-Both differentials flushed with new gear oil.
-T case (transfer case) oil change
-Magna flow exhaust system
-Rhino lined bed
-Rear E- Locker

I am also interested why the title problems?  did you add the rear e-locker?  meaning it was not a stock TRD?

It is a factory trd truck with elocker. drivers side bed was hit and the frame was tweaked, swapped a donor 4 door frame that is straight and repaired the bed.
