My 3RZ won't run for crap on gas with ethanol added. I have to run the lucas conditioner when I leave our region and buy gas. I have ran a couple bottles fuel injector cleaner in 10K miles though...

Use seafoam every so often. Indiana has the sweet ethanol gas so I run bg stuff in the tank when we have extra at work

I am with Papa Oops! here.  I gas only at Chevron when choice permits.

In my younger punk days, I used a can of Seafom once in my first 4Runner with 200K+ miles on the ODO, which probably had a sludged up tank to boot.  I came to blame all of my subsequent and nearly immediate engine problems on that foolish act.

Now, I go with no additives, no flushes, and nothing fancy--just factory red and regular dino oils, but with needlessly tight change intervals for peace of mind.

BG 44K at oil change.

I seafoamed the vacuum lines once, not sure it did anything except annoy the neighbors.

I've tried a bunch of injector/top end cleaners.  I like Berryman Chemtool the best.

I usually put in a can in a full tank of gas just before I do my oil change.  What it cleans will end up in your crankcase oil.

I will put in a can about every 15 to 20 fill ups or about every oil change (5,000 miles).
