Topic: 30 spline chromo output question ??

ive been searching all morning and it seems to be the only part marlin sells that has no install instructions lol i bought a tcase that already had marlin 30 spline chromo outputs and 23 spline input gear .last night we installed 4.7 gears in it and everything went smooth the only thing we were confused about is the stock rear output has a detent ball near the end by the oil pump screw? or speedo gear? i believe and marlins does'nt but the biggest thing is the bigger output comes with new bigger oil pump screw,speedo gear,bearing all that stuff
    well in stock form there is a oring gasket inside the stock oil pump screw but when we were re assembling mine we noticed that the larger marlin oil pump screw didnt have a o ring in it but it looks like it is machined to accept one so im just wondering if i need a replacement seal from marlin or if the new setup doesnt require one ?

Our HD 30 spline rear output shaft does not require a detent ball for the speedo gear. And the oil pump seal does not require a o-ring no longer. The 30 spline flange puts enough preload on the speedo gear from spinning on the shaft. let us know if you need anything else!

We got instructions for the front, but still need to get em written up for the rear.
