What is a good offset for rims? On a sas?

Theres more to it than that. How wide of a tire? Overall diameter? Wheel spacers?  etc.
I run a 4.5 back space with a 12.5 wide tire. You can also compensate with a wheel spacer.

Definitely more info needed. I'm running around 3-4 on a 10 inch wheel with 1.5 inch spacers.

3.5" backspacing is pretty typical...
