 :confused: just picked up an 85 runner needed alot of love in prosses but was really surprised to c the 3rds in this toy had elockers front and rear !!! Shitty cable set up ..is there a kit for these(on the cheap) or any one who has done this conversion? If so stats and how to get mine functioning right..pic are greatly appri. Thanks a bunch guys

Yeah the cable systems suck, they usually sell the e-kit here from Inchworm, they show out of stock but you might try Inchworm to see if they have it. Just search for them.

Nothing cheap out there that is good I know of. Either inchworm or if motor is gone/burnt up save up and get chilcats

Spendy, heck yeah, but as mentioned best design I've seen. There are plenty of home grown designs out there that work.

I hurd wireing one of theses are expencive and hard..mine work know just its hard to get em unlocked cus the cables to thin and bends on the push back as soon as i can post pics il start a thread so u guys can c wat iam workin with..did find out this was on the cover of tlca letter i believe in 97\98 have to look again sweet little runner

Problem is that the cable set up removes the e-locker actuator, so you'll be in need of them.
