Favorite Holiday Drinks

So, with the holiday season around the corner.  What is your favorite holiday drink? 

I've got several, some are non alcohol, and some are.

1.  Egg Nog  (only after Thanksgiving, PERIOD!!)   
a. straight up
b. with a little shot of light rum
c. Egg Nog Latte's at the local coffee shop  ---YUMMY!!!---

2. Gourmet coffee of some sort, holiday spice or a blend.  Local coffee roaster does some nice festive stuff.  If not them a nice fresh ground with a dash of cinnamon.

3. Hot Spiced Cider 
a. straight
b. a shot of Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum

4. Hot Cocoa with marshmallows of course!!   
a. straight
b. a shot of Mr. Boston's Blackberry Brandy

5. A nice seasonal micro beer from either a local brewery or in store. 

6. Homemade Apple Pie (the drink)
a. without alcohol for the kids
b. alcohol for mommy and daddy while wrapping presents for the kids   


Post up whats your favorite, or tickle's your fancy.  I've gotten several of these ideas and recipes from other forums, and maybe we can share and swap recipes and such.

thanksgiving day it'll be beer that gets me through the day... lots of it... my lately i've been on a festive kick getting a carmel or pumpkin latte at starbucks with a pumpkin spice scone....
