No stickies on tapatalk?

I have several forums I'm logged into on my phone using tapatalk, I've checked all through the settings on the app and have restarted my phone and all that jazz. But the thing is, the other forums show stickies. This one does not. And unlike some forums, the stickies here are actually useful! Could it possibly be some settings on the websites end? Figuring out this bug would be awesome!
