I have a W56 A or B transmission that make some bearing noise when idling or when clutch is not engaged. When I push the clutch pedal pedal in the noise goes away slowly like a bearing rotation noise. Would that be some sort of clutch bearing or a main shaft transmission bearing?

Also is the transfer case shafts spinning when in neutral idling?
