asking ?info . i've seen it done ?

okay guys and ladies . i've seen it done with a jeep .now can it be done with a first gen truck ? my mind was thinking . can u take a first gen truck and take newwer 4.0 engine and make it a monster toyota truck . take it and wide in the first gen to make the truck fit the 4.0 or the bigger toyota engine ? what . do u people think on it ? give me info on thoughts ?

Naw never seen anyone do an engine swap into a 1st gen Toyota, oh wait a friend of mine had a 80 with a V-8 350, don't know if they came that way. :gap:

You can do just about anything you want to do as long as you have the expertise, time, and money. I have helped do a few engine swaps in my life that people said would never work.

4.0 chrysler inline? One guy shooehorned one in....might as well do a 5.9 cummins at that rate.
Or a 4.0 yota v6? Never heard of one...torquey motors though..espevially with s/c
